Are we tied into a long contract?
No. The monthly plan runs month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. If we had to lock you in for a year, we'd stop having to earn your trust every month.
What if the fixed price turns out to be too low for you?
That's our problem, not yours. The price we agree in writing is the price you pay. We carry that risk because we're the ones who control how long the work takes.
How long until something is live?
Most first builds go live within 6 to 12 weeks. You get a specific delivery date at the end of discovery, before you commit to anything.
We already have software that half works. Can you take it over?
Often, yes. We review what exists and tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping, refactoring or replacing, even when the honest answer is that you don't need us yet.
