Our process

You always know what happens next

Six steps from first call to a system we look after every month. Each one ends with something written down, so nothing depends on remembering a conversation.

Step1of 6

Week 0

Intro call

We ask what's slowing the business down: the spreadsheet everyone hates, the double entry, the thing that breaks. No technical questions you can't answer.

You getA straight answer on whether software helps

Why this is good for you

  • 30 minutes, free, no sales script
  • You find out early if we're the wrong fit
  • You talk to an engineer, not a salesperson

Step2of 6

Week 1–2

Scoping and fixed quote

We map your actual workflow step by step, write down what the system must do, and price it. You review the scope in plain language before anything is agreed.

You getWritten scope + one fixed price and date

Why this is good for you

  • One number, not an hourly estimate that drifts
  • The scope is yours, even if you take it elsewhere
  • Anything out of scope is named before it costs you

Step3of 6

Week 2–3

Design and sign-off

You see the screens and the flow before we build them. We change them on paper, which costs nothing, instead of in code, which costs weeks.

You getClickable screens you approve

Why this is good for you

  • No surprises on delivery day
  • Your team can sanity-check it early
  • Changes are cheap at this stage

Step4of 6

Week 3+

Build in visible steps

We deliver in milestones you can see and use, not one big reveal. You get a weekly note: what shipped, what's next, anything that needs a decision from you.

You getWorking software at every milestone

Why this is good for you

  • You always know where the project stands
  • Feedback lands while it's still cheap to act on
  • Billing follows milestones you've seen

Step5of 6

Launch

Go live, carefully

We migrate your data, train the people using it, and stay close for the first weeks. Hosting, backups and monitoring are set up before launch, not after.

You getA live system and a trained team

Why this is good for you

  • Nobody is left guessing how to use it
  • Backups and monitoring exist from day one
  • We're on hand while your team settles in

Step6of 6

Every month

Run and evolve

One monthly fee: we watch it, back it up, fix what breaks, and keep improving it. You send what you need; we plan it into the month.

You getA monthly report and shipped improvements

Why this is good for you

  • No hiring, no recruiters, no developer to manage
  • The same engineers who built it, still on it
  • Your software keeps up with your business

The usual way, and our way

The difference

The usual agency project

  • Hourly estimates that grow through the project
  • One big reveal at the end, surprises included
  • Handover to a support desk that never built it
  • Six months later, nobody answers the email

The Coredile process

  • Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing
  • Milestones you can see and use as we go
  • The same engineers stay on it after launch
  • A monthly fee that includes fixes and improvements

Straight answers

Questions owners ask us

If yours isn't here, bring it to the intro call. That's what it's for.

Ask us directly
What if I don't know what I need?

That's normal, and it's step 2's job. We map how the work happens today and turn it into a scope. You don't need technical language.

What if the scope changes mid-build?

It often does. We price the change and you decide before we build it. Nothing lands on an invoice unagreed.

Who owns the software?

You do: the code, the data and the accounts. If you ever leave us, we hand it over documented rather than holding it hostage.

Do I have to take a monthly package?

No. But almost everyone does, because unmaintained software is where the real cost hides.

Build. Run. Evolve.

Step one is a 30-minute call

No cost, no commitment. You'll speak to an engineer, and you'll leave knowing whether this is worth building.
